Easy Peasy Guilt-free Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Balls

The best way to enjoy chocolate minus the guilt is to make a healthy chocolate dessert. I wanted to have chocolate but at the same time I want it to be something satisfying in a good portion and won’t leave me sluggish after, so I came up with the idea of a dessert with chocolate, oats and peanut butter all rolled up in one. This recipe is yummy and filling and is sure to satisfy any chocolate cravings minus the guilt.

This recipe makes 8 balls

Ingredients:-
8 tbsp organic rolled oats
3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter (no added sugar)
3 tbsp melted milk chocolate
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp almond nips, toasted
Melted white chocolate and chocolate rice for decoration

Method:-
Soak the oats in warm water for about 30 minutes. Use a sieve to drain water and use the back of a spoon to squeeze out excess water in the oats. Toast oats in an oven toaster at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, mash the banana in a bowl and add in the peanut butter, milk chocolate and almond nips.

When the oats are dry and crisp, add in to the chocolate mixture. Mix well. Use a tablespoon to form balls.

Place them on liners. Sprinkle chocolate rice and drizzle white chocolate over. Refrigerate before serving.
